On January 28, 2023, the driving competition of 2023 was driven in Gorssel.
As usual, Senne Boom drove 2 dressage and 2 cones tests with both her own Shetlander Bella and the Hackney Stapleford Shake A Leg.
Although dressage tests were well driven in our opinion, the jury clearly thought otherwise. Not a single profit point in the 4 tests, but the lowest ratings ever!
Fortunately more success in the cones tests. With Bella, one ball was thrown in both tests with a minimal time overrun in the 1 test and a wider time overrun in the 2 test. In the end, that resulted in 1 profit point.
Senne had more success with Stapleford Shake A Leg. In the first test, one ball was dropped with a time overrun. The 2nd test went flawlessly and within time. The jump-off also went flawlessly and in a fast time. With both tests a first place was achieved in the daily classification as well as 2 profit points.
