The Hackney Horse Society's Annual Breed Show was held in Ardingly from June 6-11. Two young Heemhoeve stallions, now owned by John Chicken, were presented at this show.
The one-year-old horse stallion, Heemhoeve's Touch of My Heart (s. Oldtown Touch of My Class, d. Heemhoeve's Sheila) was placed 2nd in his class. His 3-year-old full brother, Heemhoeve's Touch of Gold, won his class and was subsequently crowned Junior Champion Hackney Stallions (1 to 3 year old) and then even Supreme Champion Hackney Stallion.
